[1] ALLAH S.W.T’s Final announcement on Human miseries:-

  • Overview of Surah Taghabun:-  Surah Taghabun, also known as “The Mutual Disillusion,” is the 64th chapter of the Holy Quran. It is a Madinan Surah consisting of 18 verses.
  1. The Surah discusses the Day of Judgment, the consequences of disbelief, and the importance of faith and reliance on Allah (Tawakkul).
  2. The name “Taghabun” is derived from the root word “Ghabn,” meaning deception or loss. The Surah emphasizes the ultimate reality of success and failure as understood in the hereafter.
  3. Ayat 11: Understanding Divine Destiny (Qadar)
  • Translation of Ayat 11:- “No calamity befalls, but by the Leave [i.e., decision and Qadar] of Allah, and whosoever believes in Allah, He guides his heart. And Allah is the All-Knower of everything.”
  • The verse addresses the concept of Qadar (divine destiny) and teaches that every event, whether good or bad, occurs with Allah’s permission.
  • Believers are encouraged to maintain faith, knowing that Allah’s wisdom is behind every event.
  1. Sahih al-Bukhari, Hadith 662:- The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said, “No fatigue, nor disease, nor sorrow, nor sadness, nor hurt, nor distress befalls a Muslim, even if it were the prick he receives from a thorn, but that Allah expiates some of his sins for that.”
  2. Sahih Muslim, Hadith 2573:- “Wondrous is the affair of the believer, for there is good for him in every matter, and this is not the case with anyone except the believer. If he is happy, then he thanks Allah, and there is good for him; and if he is harmed, then he shows patience, and there is good for him.”
  3. Jami` at-Tirmidhi, Hadith 2345:- The Prophet (PBUH) said, “Nothing befalls a believer, a (prick of a) thorn or more than that, but Allah will raise him one degree in status thereby or erase a bad deed.”

  • Translation of Ayat 12: “Obey Allah, and obey the Messenger; but if you turn away, then upon Our Messenger is only [the duty of] clear notification.”

  • It also emphasizes that the role of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) is to convey the message, and acceptance or rejection lies with the individual.
  1. Sahih al-Bukhari, Hadith 6851:- The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said, “All my followers will enter Paradise except those who refuse.” They said, “O Allah’s Messenger! Who will refuse?” He said, “Whoever obeys me will enter Paradise, and whoever disobeys me is the one who refuses.”
  2. Sahih Muslim, Hadith 1337:- “He who obeys me, obeys Allah, and he who disobeys me, disobeys Allah; and he who obeys the ruler appointed by me, obeys me, and he who disobeys the ruler appointed by me, disobeys me.”
  3. Jami` at-Tirmidhi, Hadith 2676:- “All of my Ummah will enter Paradise except for those who refuse.” It was said, “O Messenger of Allah! Who will refuse?” He said, “Whoever obeys me will enter Paradise, and whoever disobeys me has refused.”
  • Obedience to Allah and His Messenger is not merely a formality but a pathway to eternal success. The Prophetic traditions highlight that true success lies in following the divine commandments and prophetic teachings.
  • Ayat 13:- Tawakkul (Reliance on Allah)
  • Translation of Ayat 13:- “Allah! There is no god but He: and in Allah, therefore, let the believers put their trust.”

  2. Sunan Ibn Majah, Hadith 4164:- “The Prophet (PBUH) said: ‘If you trust in Allah as He should be trusted, He will provide for you as He provides for the birds. They go out in the morning hungry and return in the evening full.'”
  3. Musnad Ahmad, Hadith 205:- “Whoever wishes to be the strongest among the people should put his trust in Allah.”
